A deposit of $50 per service is required within 24 hours of booking an appointment with Permanent Cosmetics of NY to hold appointment time
Deposit will be applied to the service fee. No refunds. Prices are subject to change.
Pay by credit card over the phone, pay invoice sent online or pay check/cash
Cash or check is preferred
for balance owed at first appointment. Due to expense of using a credit card for payment there may be a 3% service charge added to fee for credit card usage.
